Guest Relations & Reservations Agent Responsibilities • Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner, • Provide clear and accurate information regarding programs and bookings, • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and detailed notes, • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences Qualifications • Experience in guest relations, hospitality and/or as a Program Guide preferred, • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional tone, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected with internal & onsite teams, • Proficient with email, scheduling, and reservation systems (or able to learn quickly), • Flexible and dependable, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
