Educate clients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety practices. Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other advanced nursing procedures as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and standards. Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of home healthcare. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing and home care. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of NJ Minimum of [1-2 years] of nursing experience, preferably in home health, geriatrics, or a related field. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform a wide range of nursing procedures independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to work independently in a home care setting, managing time and resources effectively. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Current CPR and BLS certification (required). A CPR Instructor is responsible for teaching Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) to individuals and groups. Essential Job Functions: Instruct individuals and groups on how to perform CPR and BLS Demonstrate proper techniques and answer questions from participants Monitor participants during hands-on training to ensure proper understanding and execution of techniques Create and maintain a positive and interactive learning environment Evaluate participants' knowledge and skills through written and practical assessments Provide feedback and offer additional instruction and guidance as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records and course evaluations Stay informed of current CPR and BLS guidelines and update course materials as necessary Collaborate with other instructors and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in teaching and adherence to standards and guidelines
Pediatric/Adolescent/Special Needs/Family comprehensive dental care office in Paramus, NJ seeking organized, motivated Dental Assistant to help join our close knit team. Full time, Medical Assistant needed for a high volume Foot and Ankle Surgical Practice in Bergen County, New Jersey! Duties will include back end work (setting up and resetting treatment rooms for patients, bringing patients into rooms, taking medical histories, setting up x-rays for physicians, setting up room for in office procedures / injections for physicians, casting for orthotics and diabetic shoes / braces, ensuring specimens get sent out the the lab with the proper paperwork, etc.) Front end responsibilities will include assisting with covering phones, making patient appointments, faxing, scanning, etc. as needed.
