Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily Business Development Coordinator Qualifications At least one previous role based in strong customer sales and service experience (call center experience, appointment setting experience, etc. Automotive dealership experience is a plus Team player attitude Prompt and courteous Enthusiastic personality Must have strong computer skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Travel requirement: No travel Work Location: In person
The Healing Hour is expanding and seeking a motivated therapist to provide outpatient therapy as an independent contractor. This is the perfect opportunity for a therapist looking to work in an outpatient private practice setting without the administrative work. Flexible scheduling. You schedule your own appointments. Being credentialed with insurance companies is a plus. If you are not credentialed with insurance companies, we will complete the credentialing process for you. We handle all new client phone screening and billing so you can focus on clinical care. Use of electronic health records, Therapy Notes, is provided by the business. Remote/ telehealth only. Requirements: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field - Valid state licensure to practice as an LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD in New Jersey. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds - Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills - Ability to work independently and not require supervision - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in therapy Responsibilities: - Provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or couples via telehealth - Conduct initial intake, provide diagnosis codes, and develop treatment plans based on client needs - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques - Maintain client notes in a timely manner and in compliance with legal and ethical standards Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
