As a server, you will guide guests through the Korean BBQ experience, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure that every guest feels cared for. Prior experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right people who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience, • Explain menu items and Korean BBQ cooking style to guests, • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into POS system, • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, • Assist guests with grilling as needed (training provided), • Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations, • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, • Collaborate with teammates and support back-of-house staff as needed Qualifications: • Previous serving experience preferred, but not required, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn, • Must be at least 21 to serve alcoholic beverages, • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Schedule & Availability: • Part-time and full-time positions available, • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay + tips, • Staff meals/discounts, • Training on Korean BBQ service, • Growth opportunities for dedicated team members
