Job Description Tyre Law Group, PC is hiring a California-licensed attorney for a client-facing consultation role with our growing estate planning practice in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working directly with people, building trust, explaining legal concepts clearly, and helping prospective clients make informed decisions about protecting their families, assets, and legacy. No estate planning experience is required. If you are an active California attorney with strong interpersonal skills, confidence in client meetings, and sound professional judgment, we will train you on our estate planning process, services, and consultation framework. This is not a drafting-heavy or back-end legal production role. Your primary focus will be prospective client consultations, intake, client education, follow-up, and signed engagement. Once a client retains the firm, our production team carries the matter forward through drafting and document completion. The role is based in West Hollywood and includes in-person and virtual consultations, as well as travel throughout Los Angeles County, including the San Gabriel Valley/Covina area and the Valley. Compensation includes a $100,000–$140,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Total compensation potential is up to $240,000 for strong performers. Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective estate planning clients in person and virtually to understand their needs, goals, concerns, and family circumstances, • Explain the firm’s services, recommendations, and engagement process in a clear, warm, and client-friendly way, • Help qualified prospective clients make informed decisions about moving forward with the firm, • Review intake information for accuracy and completeness, identify missing information, and support a smooth handoff to the production team, • Maintain timely follow-up with prospective clients who need additional information, clarification, or next steps, • Represent the firm professionally at community events, presentations, workshops, and other client-facing opportunities, • Track consultation activity, follow-up, conversion, and related performance indicators to help improve the firm’s intake and client engagement process Qualifications: Required: • Active California attorney license in good standing, • No estate planning experience required; training will be provided, • Strong client-facing presence and confidence leading consultations, • Ability to build trust quickly and explain legal concepts in a simple, reassuring way, • Strong communication, follow-through, organisation, and interpersonal judgment, • Comfort with relationship-driven client engagement, consultation follow-up, and helping prospective clients make decisions, • Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles County, including West Hollywood, the San Gabriel Valley/Covina area, and the Valley, • Preferred, but not required:, • Experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, trust administration, or another client-facing legal practice area, • Experience with consultations, intake, client engagement, business development, or professional services sales, • Experience working in a high-touch, relationship-driven client service environment, • Familiarity with CRM systems, intake systems, consultation tracking, or follow-up workflows About Company Tyre Law Group, PC is a relationship-driven estate planning and administration law firm with our main office in Covina, California.
