The Salon Assistant will assist with various tasks, including client interactions, salon maintenance, and product sales. Responsibilites & Qualifications Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon entering the salon. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sanitizing tools and workstations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Support retail sales by utilizing knowledge of retail math to assist clients in selecting products. Ability to work on Saturdays Ability to work in rotating shifs Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and follow instructions. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the day A passion for beauty and wellness, with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
