Cost Control and Value Engineering: Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Monitor and control project costs throughout the pre-construction phase. Technology and Software Utilization: Stay current with industry-specific software and tools for cost estimation. Implement and leverage technology to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the estimation process. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience estimating or working in pre construction is required Experience with estimating projects larger than 25M is required Experience estimating projects such as : Aviation, Data Centers, Waste Water Treatment Plants, and commercial projects is preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
