The Server Assistant maintains all dining room environment and equipment, assists servers, anticipates guests' needs and addresses them accordingly. This position has an hourly rate of $17.00 + Tips. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Check assigned station before, during and after shift for proper set up and cleanliness • Responsible for the completion of designated side work checklists (both opening and closing) • Responsible for keeping the dining room floors free of debris and spilled liquids, • Bus tables and re-set tables for the next guest. The AM Server maintains all dining room environments and equipment. The AM Server is responsible for ensuring the dining room is clean and tidy, assisting guests when they have questions about the menus/wine list, taking guests' orders, anticipating guests' needs and addressing them accordingly.
