This position is an opportunity to work on sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, and private equity matters in a high stakes, fast-paced environment. We are seeking associates from class years 2017-2020 with experience handling leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, or portfolio company transactions. Additional responsibilities include: • Structure and execute leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments, • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, and equity documents, • Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence reviews, • Manage portfolio company acquisitions and add-on transactions, • Navigate regulatory approvals and HSR filings, • Advise on management equity plans and rollover arrangements Interested in learning more?
