Cure Staffing is hiring experienced New York State RNs to complete UAS assessments for medically fragile and vulnerable adults and children across all 5 boroughs. You are not expected to cover all boroughs—we are building a dedicated 12‑RN team for this program and will assign you to cases near your home area whenever possible.​ You will combine flexible field work and virtual assessments to evaluate members’ daily living abilities and help determine the right level of home care services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The role of a Care Manager is to be responsible for the overall coordination of services to meet the goals of the client/families focused plan of care.
