Role Specifics In this role you will... • Work with vendors to increase maintenance completion and effectiveness, • Manage open repairs and inspection reports to ensure accuracy and completion by the vendor, • Assist mate support with auditing invoices, proposals, and code reports for accuracy, • Provide the technology team insights to enhance auditing automation, • Manage AuditMate equipment health dashboard to ensure all units are within maintenance, breakdown and testing standard., • Assist the technology team with Elevator Code understanding and implementation within AuditMate’s software Skills you bring to this role... • A minimum of five to seven years elevator/escalator industry experience with prior consultant experience a plus. Experience with a major manufacturer in lieu of consulting experience will be considered, • Understand the methods and practices involved in installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of electric and hydraulic elevators, escalators and moving walks, • Application of the American National Standard Safety Code for Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and Moving Walks as referenced and amended in the Construction Code, as well as jurisdictional requirements, • Ability to use graphic instructions such as blueprints, schematic drawings and layouts, and comprehend and make inferences from written materials and code documents, • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as MS Office, Excel, Salesforce Added bonuses you may have... • Possession of current QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector) certification OR Five years’ experience in the elevator industry performing elevator inspections, service, repairs, and or testing of elevator systems, • Education in the engineering discipline may be substituted for two years of field experience, • The methods and practices involved in installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of electric and hydraulic elevators, escalators and moving walks, • Application of the American National Standard Safety Code for Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and Moving Walks as referenced and amended in the Construction Code, as well as jurisdictional requirements More about our employees We are a diverse group of scrappy and dedicated humans on a mission to simplify a complex and undisrupted industry.
