Job Summary As the Senior Concierge Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization—setting the tone for every guest, client, and employee interaction. You will manage the corporate switchboard and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and secure experience from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, service-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Training • Supervise, train, and mentor concierge team members to deliver Platinum Service®., • Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement., • Welcome and assist all visitors, clients, recruits, and employees with warmth and professionalism., • Ensure guests feel comfortable, informed, and secure throughout their visit., • Operate and manage the corporate switchboard with accuracy and efficiency., • Oversee conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are properly prepared., • Manage catering orders and support the execution of special events., • Maintain strong communication with service teams, sharing updates and standards., • Provide timely and accurate information to colleagues and leadership., • Adhere to company policies, dress code, and security protocols., • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)., • Ensure compliance with Fire and Life Safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications: • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering Platinum Service®., • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure., • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reservation systems (e.g., EMS)., • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality., • Bachelor’s Degree required.
