Your leadership will set the tone for a spotless environment that reflects excellence in hospitality and attention to detail. • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality., • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and training programs to maintain consistency across all areas., • Oversee floor care operations, including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and polishing to keep surfaces looking their best., • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment., • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards., • Coordinate with other departments to address special requests, maintenance issues, or urgent cleaning needs promptly., • Foster a positive team environment by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for staff., • Experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership within hospitality settings., • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment., • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently., • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance., • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred., • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
