Role Description This is a part-time, full-time, or contract hybrid role for a Therapist based in Bay Shore, NY, with work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include: • Providing individual therapy sessions, • Developing personalized treatment plans, • Conducting initial assessments, • Maintaining accurate client records Qualifications • Current license to practice therapy in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent), • Experience in individual and group therapy, • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload, • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, • Experience with teletherapy or virtual therapy platforms (preferred), • Commitment to ongoing professional development
