Project Manager Safety, Security & Resilience Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: 12–24 Weeks Reporting To: Director of Executive Operations Pay Rate: $60.00per hour part-time/temp Position Overview: The Interchurch Center, in partnership with the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF), is seeking a Project Lead / Consultant to support the Safety, Security & Resilience Initiative. This project-based role will focus on improving preparedness, tenant coordination, risk mitigation, training initiatives, and building-wide resilience planning across operational, physical, and digital environments. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and project manage safety, security, and resilience initiatives, • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders regarding trainings and preparedness programs, • Conduct stakeholder meetings, gather information, and support collaborative planning efforts, • Organize trainings, preparedness exercises, workshops, and communication initiatives, • Support emergency preparedness planning, resilience strategies, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives, • Develop documentation, implementation roadmaps, recommendations, and project deliverables, • Track project milestones, timelines, and overall initiative progress Project Details: • Project Sponsor: Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF) in collaboration with The Interchurch Center, • Stakeholders: 76 building tenants, • Surveys have already been distributed; initiative rollout is currently underway, • Role is primarily office-based with virtual stakeholder meetings (not field work) Ideal Background: • Project management experience within safety, security, emergency management, operations, resilience, or risk management, • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or cross-functional initiatives preferred, • Background supporting nonprofit, multi-tenant, institutional, or grant-funded environments is a plus Systems / Software: • S2 Security System (cameras, building access, turnstiles, IDs) Day-to-Day: • Review existing information gathered by leadership, • Become familiar with project objectives and current initiatives, • Build execution plans and manage implementation efforts, • Meet with stakeholders, coordinate trainings, and drive project deliverables forward
