Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals in various settings, including outpatient facilities. This role requires a strong background in clinical counseling, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation. The Psychologist will work with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities and autism, and will play a crucial role in addiction counseling and supervising clinical staff. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Psychologist or eligibility for licensure. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, is preferred. Proficient in conducting psychological testing and assessments. Strong background in outpatient therapy settings is desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently.
