This role is essential in covering absences, handling emergencies, and supporting high-demand days. Responsibilities: • Provide support to cleaning teams in various buildings as needed., • Step in during absences, emergencies, or increased workloads., • Clean restrooms, offices, hallways, break rooms, and common areas thoroughly., • Refill dispensers and restock necessary supplies., • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to ensure cleanliness., • Adhere to OSHA regulations, including SDS handling and PPE requirements., • Maintain effective communication with team leaders and supervisors., • Assist with scheduled monthly or deep-cleaning tasks. Requirements: • Must be flexible with scheduling and building assignments., • Knowledge of OSHA regulations (SDS, PPE, general safety) is required., • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly advantageous., • Previous janitorial experience is preferred., • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work independently., • Reliable transportation is necessary., • Must pass a background check for access to municipal facilities.
