We are seeking a talented chef with hands-on experience in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques, with a passion for creating delicious and authentic dishes. Curry Days is dedicated to serving authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine. We’re looking for an experienced chef to bring traditional Indian flavors to life and help make our kitchen a vibrant, high-quality dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, and more.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety.
Collaborate on menu development to highlight traditional and creative Indian flavors.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Lead and train kitchen staff as required. Qualifications: Proven experience working in an Indian kitchen, with a strong grasp of traditional Indian cooking methods.
Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and team leadership skills.
