Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, and more. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. Collaborate on menu development to highlight traditional and creative Indian flavors. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Lead and train kitchen staff as required. Qualifications: Proven experience working in an Indian kitchen, with a strong grasp of traditional Indian cooking methods. Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and techniques.
