As a laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production process with various tasks in our screen printing shop. Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the preparation of screens, inks, and materials for the printing process. 2. Load and unload garments on to screen printing press. 3. Count in shipments 4. Operate and maintain screen printing machinery under supervision. 5. Assist with quality control to ensure finished products meet our standards. 6. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment. 7. Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
