Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety., • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions., • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm., • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities., • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with sanitation standards., • Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change., • Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables to ensure a hygienic environment. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments., • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing is preferred., • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests., • Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking between food prep, cashiering, and cleaning duties., • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques., • Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy., • Experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus.
