Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with sanitation standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change.
Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables to ensure a hygienic environment.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests.
Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking between food prep, cashiering, and cleaning duties.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
Experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus.
