Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience preferred, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in food service or the food industry is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of retail math principles related to sales and inventory management is beneficial. We work in buildings across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, LIC, and New Jersey. Whenever we launch in a new building, we host a morning coffee cart event. We do work with one (awesome!) vendor currently, but we're looking for another partner to work with due to the volume of events we need to plan. There are 5 events left to plan for October, and we hope to find a vendor who we can partner with in the future as we continue to grow!
