Key Responsibilities:
Greet tenants and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Handle the intake of packages and ensure they are routed to the proper recipient promptly and efficiently.
Issue parking passes to tenant guests and manage related inquiries.
Provide information and assistance to tenants and visitors as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Address and resolve any tenant concerns or issues in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
