Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage the reservation system and guest waiting list efficiently. Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate clearly with guests. Coordinate table assignments with servers and managers to balance service flow. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle general guest inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area. Assist with menus, special requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
