Position Overview ExoAtlet is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to support clinical implementation, business development, customer education, and product demonstrations for our robotic rehabilitation exoskeleton systems. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career clinician with a strong interest in biomechanics, neurorehabilitation, gait training, and emerging medical technologies. The position combines clinical exposure, relationship development, consultative sales support, and hands-on work with cutting-edge rehabilitation robotics. The Associate Clinical Specialist will work closely with the Manager of Business Development and clinical partners to support hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics implementing exoskeleton technology into patient care. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Management Support outreach and relationship development with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, and healthcare organizations. Assist with lead generation, follow-up activities, and account management initiatives. Support the sales process from initial outreach through implementation. Attend conferences, trade shows, and clinical events representing ExoAtlet/Cosmo Robotics and its rehabilitation technologies. Build professional relationships with physical therapists, physiatrists, rehabilitation directors, physicians, and healthcare administrators. Clinical Support & Product Demonstration Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of robotic rehabilitation exoskeleton systems. Educate clinicians and healthcare organizations on device functionality, patient selection, safety considerations, and clinical applications. Assist clinicians in integrating robotic gait training into rehabilitation programs. Provide implementation support and clinical troubleshooting during early adoption phases. Collaborate with clinical teams to help optimize patient outcomes and user experience. Clinical & Technical Development Develop expertise in gait mechanics, neurorehabilitation, biomechanics, and robotic rehabilitation technologies. Support customer education and internal training initiatives. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to engineering, product development, and leadership teams. Assist with clinical education materials, presentations, and implementation protocols. Required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Science, Rehabilitation Sciences, or a related field. Strong foundational understanding of biomechanics, kinesiology, gait training, and neurological rehabilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, conferences, and clinical support activities. Passion for rehabilitation technology, robotics, and improving patient mobility outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) preferred. (new graduates are encouraged to apply) Clinical internships, rotations, or experience involving neurological rehabilitation, gait training, pediatrics, or mobility-related care preferred. Interest in medical device sales, rehabilitation technology, or healthcare innovation. Familiarity with rehabilitation robotics, exoskeletons, assistive technologies, or neurorehabilitation devices is a plus.
