What You’ll Get • Control your paycheck with base + uncapped commissions, • Enjoy work-life balance with Monday–Friday, 8–5 hours (no nights or weekends), • Manage a warm book of B2B accounts—no cold calling required, • Thrive in a collaborative culture where your success helps others succeed As a Customer Advisor, you’ll help each client get more from their gift shop—from curated assortments to higher margins—by bringing them personalized guidance and best-in-class service. Your Impact: • Grow revenue across assigned accounts by crafting monthly account action plans and hit/exceed a defined sales quota, • Act as a true consultant Recommend winning assortments, seasonal buys, and replenishment strategies, • Drive category performance Analyze sell-through data; suggest add-on items and new categories, • Manage daily outreach Handle ~70 % phone-based activity, plus email/text follow-ups, • Strengthen partnerships Resolve objections, diffuse tough conversations professionally, and keep every commitment, • Leverage data Maintain detailed CRM notes to fuel smarter, longer-term growth What Success Looks Like: • Growing average order size and category penetration, • Exceeding monthly revenue and client satisfaction goals, • Keeping clean, updated CRM records that help you work smarter, • Compensation: base + uncapped commissions (top performers regularly exceed six figures), • Benefits: 401(k), medical/dental/vision, HSA, life & disability insurance, PTO, and employee product discounts, • Culture: A values-driven, supportive, high-performance team where your ideas and effort are noticed, • Stability & Growth: 40+ years of industry leadership and sustained growth in e-commerce and retail Requirements: What You’ll Bring: • 2+ years of phone-based B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, etc.), • Strong confidence and communication across phone, email, and text, • A data-driven mindset—comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets, • Problem-solving ability and a consultative, customer-first approach, • Legacy: You want to build something that lasts—for yourself and your customers, • Hustle: You bring energy, urgency, and accountability every day, • Integrity: You do what’s right, even when no one is looking, • Teamwork: You win by helping others win Kelli’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
