What you will do Under general direction, install and manage the overall performance of JCI's Security Solutions security projects as assigned. Be self-motivated, leading a team of technicians/sub-contractors within an assigned project. Must be a skilled and technical leader within the security industry with a minimum of five (5) years of practical working experience in the electronic security industry. Organize the program development effort, develop the security project plan, and monitor progress against the plan.
