Use blockchain data analytics and traditional law enforcement techniques to investigate and prosecute complex matters involving virtual currencies., • Assist in the development of the VCU to investigate and prosecute criminal activity involving cryptocurrency. Research cutting edge legal issues related to the prosecution and seizure of cryptocurrency. Draft subpoenas, court orders, search and seizure warrants, indictments, and other legal pleadings. Present cases to the grand jury and develop cases for trial., • Serve as a subject matter expert in cryptocurrency and advise KCDA staff in developing relevant office policies, documents, and templates.
