Van Leeuwen is looking for a full-time Digital Content Creator to take the brand's digital footprint to the next level across social-first platforms and beyond. We are seeking a creative who's plugged into internet trends with a finger on the pulse of the social landscape; your love for content creation should be as evolving as your FYP. ⟳ The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality and mouth-watering** videos and images for web, social, marketing materials, press and other major platforms. You will be well versed in all touchpoints of content creation: conception, storyboarding, execution, food styling, editing and publishing. You will work closely with our Social Partnerships Manager and Graphic Design Manager to develop thumb-stopping content that maximizes our reach and engagement. This role will be based out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office and follow Van Leeuwen's Hybrid work model and be in office three days a week. In this role, you will: * Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that change how our associates work and how our customers interact with Capital One. * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, large language model inference, similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability, etc. * Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch, and more. * Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve the performance — scalability, cost, latency, throughput — of large scale production AI systems. * Contribute to the technical vision and the long term roadmap of foundational AI systems at Capital One.
