Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter (Door-to-Door and/or Online Lead Generation)

Job Type: Commission-Based (Independent Contractor / 1099)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Generate interest in residential solar through door-to-door outreach and/or online lead gen (social media, DMs, etc.)
Qualify potential customers and set appointments for our solar consultants to present custom solutions
Educate homeowners about solar energy, financial savings, and environmental benefits
Use scripts and proven strategies to create curiosity and book high-quality appointments
Log and track all leads and follow-ups using simple tools or a CRM
Collaborate with a supportive team of closers and leaders to maximize results
Hit weekly and monthly performance targets (appointments sat/closed)
Pay Structure:
💰 $1600 per Qualified Appointment Sit/Close (Paid on closed deals from your appointments)
🎯 No cap on earnings – the more qualified appointments you set, the more you earn

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communicator with confidence and charisma
Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn
Comfortable knocking doors, sending cold messages, or both
Resilient mindset — can handle rejection and keep pushing
Experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus (but not required)
Access to transportation (for in-person work) or a laptop/phone (for remote outreach)
Bilingual is a bonus!
