Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas at all times., • Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaned kitchenware and equipment., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and work surfaces, to maintain a pristine environment., • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes., • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations., • Support kitchen staff as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow., • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management. Spoonable Spirits sells liquor-infused pudding shots and jello shots. We have a shop located on the Upper East Side. We are looking for help in the kitchen. Must be very comfortable piping pudding. We do not require fancy technique but must pipe pudding into jars. There is no set schedule but generally 10+ hours a month. We are somewhat flexible to work around your schedule.
