Brothers II Business Machines of Long Island is seeking an experienced Multi-Function Printer/Copier Field Technician to join or team. We are a family owned and operated business with over 45 years serving a broad customer base in the NY, NJ, Long Island area. The candidate we are seeking will possess the following skills and attributes: Responsibilities, not limited to: • Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance, • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to clients., • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment., • Manage service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed., • Educate clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance., • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in copier technology., • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships., • Complete any other tasks related to the position, • Special projects as assigned, • Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space utilization, • Be a team player that is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be resourceful when needed, • Always dependable, on time, • Pays attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask, • Has the ability to take directions, work well with others, and perform calmly under pressure, • Repair experience of Multi-Function Copiers and printers (Kyocera Brand a plus), • Experience with Postage machines and Folder/Inserter machines a plus (not required.), • Minimum High School Diploma (College level work a plus), • Must be computer literate at an intermediate level, • Ability to lift heavy objects 60lbs, • Must have Clean, Valid Driver’s License, • Medical/dental insurance, • 401(k) plan, • Holiday, Vacation/Personal paid time, • Paid Training, • Energetic, dynamic, and fun work environment, • Family-owned business
