• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and other relevant tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
