This role plays a vital part in keeping our showrooms and warehouses clean, safe, organized, and visually appealing. Essential Functions * Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior showroom, warehouse areas, parking lot, restrooms, common areas, floors, windows, etc. * Perform dusting, vacuuming, custodial work, and trash removal * Receive and process products from trucks, handling all products with the utmost care * Assemble furniture using work instructions and various tools, following quality and safety guidelines * Inspect in-store furniture for damage and perform repairs/restoration as needed * Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, promoting workplace safety * Maintain an organized and clean warehouse to optimize space utilization * Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing repairs and carpentry updates * Paint showroom walls for presentations, store upgrades, and upkeep * Collaborate with the Visual Team to ensure the showroom meets visual merchandising standards * Maintain showroom track lighting for optimal product presentation * Participate in product placement, preparation for floor moves, and store sales events * Create a positive, seamless guest pick-up experience by verifying order details and following SOPs * Resolve guest concerns with collaborative and effective communication * Support management in maximizing special events, such as VIP nights and Grand Openings Schedule Expectations * Full-time: 40 hours per week * Overtime during peak periods as needed * Schedule may change according to business needs * Travel may be required to assist with regional stores and new store openings Requirements Education & Experience Preferred: * High school diploma or GED * Prior warehouse experience preferred * Minimum 1 year of maintenance and warehouse experience in receiving and assembling furniture Skills & Abilities: * Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills * Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment * Ability to lift, lower, push, or pull furniture over 100 lbs * Ability to stand for extended periods * Neat, clean, and professional appearance * High level of courtesy in serving guests * Troubleshooting skills for resolving customer service issues

This includes a data commons and two clinical research data warehouses: one for ISMMS and one for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project (KPMP), a multi-institutional research consortium () funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Both warehouses use Microsoft SQL Server and the OMOP Common Data Model. The Lead Data Warehouse Engineer is a senior technical specialist responsible for leading development, maintenance, and operations of these research data warehouses. The role collaborates with warehouse team members and research stakeholders to expand functionality and integrate new data sources. Data transformations are built in Transact-SQL stored procedures, with SSIS used for orchestration. Responsibilities • Design databases and pipelines that balance functionality, performance, cost, and development time; evaluate technical options with the product manager., • Design, build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using T-SQL stored procedures, SSIS, and SQL Agent; apply metadata-driven design for extensibility., • Serve as a team leader; contribute to project planning, work breakdown, dependency sequencing, and release management., • Develop and promote standards, conventions, design patterns, DevOps/SDLC best practices, and operational procedures for pipelines and warehouse maintenance., • Mentor junior engineers in data warehousing, data engineering skills, and operational support., • Design, build, and maintain data management processes, including loading flat files (csv, tsv, pipe-delimited, JSON)., • Lead design sessions, code walkthroughs, peer reviews, and produce technical documentation., • Tune database objects, stored procedures, and pipelines to optimize performance and minimize compute and storage costs., • Monitor database and pipeline operations; lead troubleshooting and remediation of failures; provide occasional after-hours on-call support., • Collaborate with DBAs and system administrators on backups, performance tuning, statistics/index maintenance, and patching., • Provide high-quality customer service to researchers, clinicians, and internal partners; maintain a science‑driven, customer-focused approach., • Ensure patient privacy and data security in compliance with IRB & cybersecurity policies, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, NYS Article 27-F, and other regulations., • Stay current with emerging technologies to improve capabilities, efficiency, quality, or cost., • Identify improvements in procedures, technology, compliance, and data privacy/security., • Periodically assist DBAs with user provisioning, backups, restorations, capacity planning, and performance monitoring., • Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred., • 12–15 years of related experience, including 7+ years designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases, data pipelines, and dimensional/OLAP warehouses. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) Functional Lead is a key member of Chobani's Enterprise Applications organization and is responsible for the functional ownership, roadmap, and delivery of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) capabilities across Chobani manufacturing plants and warehouse facilities. This role serves as the primary product owner for SAP WM, partnering closely with warehouse operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to understand business needs, pain points, and future capabilities. The WMS Product Manager translates those needs into a clear product roadmap, functional designs, and delivered solutions that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance, and cost effectiveness. Additionally, This role serves as the primary product owner for SAP WM and its integration with warehouse execution and automation technologies, including Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), and Laser Guided / Automated Guided Vehicles (LGV/AGV). The role partners closely with warehouse operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, automation vendors, and systems integrators to deliver reliable, scalable, and highly automated warehouse solutions.
