Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations. Operate and clean bakery equipment. Assist in developing new recipes and products. Qualifications: Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
