Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and slice a variety of deli meats and cheeses according to customer requests., • Assemble fresh sandwiches, salads, and other prepared food items., • Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and offering product recommendations., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter, food preparation areas, and equipment., • Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste., • Operate deli equipment such as slicers, scales, and cash registers., • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications: • Prior experience in a deli or food service setting is beneficial but not always required., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements., • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
