Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The Counter Person will be responsible for assisting customers, taking orders, handling payments, preparing and packaging food items, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Process cash, credit card, and other payments. Prepare, package, and serve food and beverages as needed. Answer customer questions about menu items and prices. Ensure orders are complete and presented properly. Keep the counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized. Restock supplies, utensils, condiments, and other items as needed. Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when necessary. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Handle customer concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous customer service, counter service, or food service experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, dependable, and able to work well with others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
