This role is ideal for a candidate with a formal background in Applied Behavior Analysis who is comfortable applying evidence-based behavioral strategies in a non-clinical, family-centered environment. While this is not a clinical therapy position, the role requires a strong understanding of behavioral principles, emotional regulation, and developmental support. Professional nanny or private household childcare experience is a strong plus, particularly for candidates accustomed to high-profile or travel-heavy family environments. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and excellent judgment.
