Qualifications: • Bilingual English and Spanish, • Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Friendly and professional demeanor., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
