CTG Express is looking for reliable and responsible Overnight Box Truck Drivers to join our growing team. This role includes a variety of transportation, courier, equipment movement, and field service assignments completed during overnight hours. What You’ll Do • Safely operate a company box truck during overnight routes, • Complete assigned pickups, deliveries, and field service tasks, • Transport packages, equipment, supplies, and other approved items, • Load, organize, secure, and unload cargo, • Pick up, relocate, organize, or return equipment when assigned, • Complete assignments using a company-provided device, • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues, • Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, • Keep the truck and cargo area clean and organized, • Return company equipment, keys, and devices after your shift Employee Perks • Potential to earn $840+ per week at 40 hours, plus bonuses, • Daily bonuses up to $200 for qualifying added routes, • $500 Sign-On Bonus after completing 90 days with great performance, • Paid Early Clock-Out Credit, • Company box truck, • Company phone and data, • Safety vest and required work equipment Your personal phone and cellular data are not required for the job. What We’re Looking For • Valid driver’s license, • Comfortable operating a box truck, • Comfortable working overnight hours, • Able to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds, • Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused, • Able to safely load, secure, and unload items, • Comfortable using mobile apps for work, • Good communication skills, • Able to work independently, • Box truck, delivery, moving, courier, or commercial driving experience is a plus We’re looking for dependable drivers who are comfortable working overnight, take safety seriously, and want an opportunity to grow with our team. Bonus & perk terms: The $500 sign-on bonus is available after successful completion of 90 days of employment and is subject to satisfactory attendance, performance, safety, and compliance with company policies. Additional-route bonuses may be available for qualifying added routes and may vary based on route availability, workload, completion requirements, performance, and company needs, up to $200 per day. Paid Early Clock-Out Credit is a discretionary company perk and may be modified, suspended, or removed due to disciplinary action, attendance or performance concerns, safety violations, misuse or abuse of the program or system, failure to properly complete assigned work, or other violations of company policy, subject to applicable law.
