CTG Express is looking for reliable and responsible Overnight Box Truck Drivers to join our growing team. This role includes a variety of transportation, courier, equipment movement, and field service assignments completed during overnight hours. What You’ll Do • Safely operate a company box truck during overnight routes, • Complete assigned pickups, deliveries, and field service tasks, • Transport packages, equipment, supplies, and other approved items, • Load, organize, secure, and unload cargo, • Pick up, relocate, organize, or return equipment when assigned, • Complete assignments using a company-provided device, • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues, • Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, • Keep the truck and cargo area clean and organized, • Return company equipment, keys, and devices after your shift Employee Perks • Potential to earn $840+ per week at 40 hours, plus bonuses, • Daily bonuses up to $200 for qualifying added routes, • $500 Sign-On Bonus after completing 90 days with great performance, • Paid Early Clock-Out Credit, • Company box truck, • Company phone and data, • Safety vest and required work equipment Your personal phone and cellular data are not required for the job. What We’re Looking For • Valid driver’s license, • Comfortable operating a box truck, • Comfortable working overnight hours, • Able to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds, • Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused, • Able to safely load, secure, and unload items, • Comfortable using mobile apps for work, • Good communication skills, • Able to work independently, • Box truck, delivery, moving, courier, or commercial driving experience is a plus We’re looking for dependable drivers who are comfortable working overnight, take safety seriously, and want an opportunity to grow with our team.
