Key Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of facial and body treatments, including custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions., • Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and home care regimens., • Provide professional hair removal services such as waxing and threading., • Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations., • Educate clients on skincare products and techniques to help them achieve and maintain healthy skin., • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service., • Stay current with industry trends, new products, and treatment advancements through continuous learning. Qualifications: • Possess a valid Esthetician license., • Proven experience in a spa or salon environment is preferred., • In-depth knowledge of skin biology, product ingredients, and various treatment modalities., • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills., • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic., • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
