Key responsibilities include: Sales and Relationship Development - Utilize company-provided leads and referrals to drive sales through targeted outbound phone and email outreach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors and brokers nationwide. - Focus exclusively on outbound sales by presenting our lending programs, pricing scenarios with company-provided tools, and securing borrower acceptance of quotes. (This role does not involve underwriting, processing or document collection) Pipeline and CRM Management - Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads and deals using our CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and steady progress toward sales goals. - Maintain detailed and organized client records.
