Soloh Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Assistant Director Intermediate Care for a local contract nursing job in Brooklyn, New York. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Intermediate Care, • Discipline: RN, • Start Date: 05/04/2026, • Duration: 12 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours Duties: -Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care which includes: CMS, IHI, CAP, etc. -Utilizes creativity in developing quality/performance improvement programs, instructing staff and implementing new and improved standards. -Utilizes results from "tracer” methodology tools to develop corrective action plans to ensure that quality of care is embedded into clinical practice on an ongoing basis. -Develops, prepares and monitors the personnel, supply and equipment budgets in collaboration with the staff and support department directors. -Develops long-term unit staffing schedules and ensures adequate daily coverage in accordance with established staffing needs. -Accepting both travel or Local candidate. Requirements: -Master's Degree in Nursing is required. -Minimum of three years nursing experience including previous supervisory experience. -Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing. -Excellent creative skills, ideas to improve existing programs. -Services, processes, ideas that have impact on this job and the department. -Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, required. -Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
