We are seeking a highly organized and driven Admissions Director to lead our admissions process with 3 years experience. This role is responsible for overseeing applicant outreach, evaluation, and enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline the full admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment
Develop and implement admissions strategies to attract qualified applicants
Evaluate applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
Work closely with marketing and program teams to align outreach efforts
Maintain accurate applicant records and reporting
Provide exceptional support and communication to prospective students
