Job DescriptionProject Manager (MEP, HVAC) Project Manager (MEP, HVAC) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in MEP and HVAC to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. The role requires ownership of schedule, budget, quality and safety while coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades, overseeing HVAC systems and controls, and interfacing with clients, designers and subcontractors. Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Director of Pharmacy at a new behavioral health facility in East Peoria, IL. This role offers the chance to play a key part in opening and establishing the pharmacy operations within a brand-new inpatient hospital setting. Location: East Peoria, IL (Peoria area) Job Type: Contract, starting as soon as May 25th through July (end date may be flexible) Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, • On-call coverage required after shifts and possibly on weekends Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the working Director of Pharmacy supporting all pharmacy functions, • Oversee and participate in pharmacy setup and operations including stocking Omnicell automation, • Approve medication orders and manage P&T committee meetings, • Assist with training on the HCS order entry system and Omnicell automation, • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain smooth pharmacy workflows, • Provide leadership in a setting without pharmacy technicians, managing all tasks independently Preferred Qualifications: • Licensed pharmacist in the state of Illinois, • Experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy practice, preferably behavioral health, • Familiarity with HCS order entry system and Omnicell automation is highly desirable, • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a startup pharmacy, • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a new and evolving environment Additional Details: • Business casual dress code, • Local candidates preferred; travel expenses may be considered, • Nearest airport: Peoria International Airport This contract assignment is ideal for pharmacy leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a substantial impact by launching pharmacy services from the ground up.
