Assembler - Regency Collision Center | Auto Body Shops 11418 - New York

We’re hiring an experienced Assembly/Disassembly Technician for our auto body shop.
Responsibilities include:

• Disassembling vehicles before repairs
• Organizing, labeling, and safely storing all removed parts and hardware
• Identifying hidden damage or additional parts needed
• Reassembling vehicles after repairs are completed
• Installing bumpers, headlights, doors, interior panels, moldings, and other components
• Ensuring proper fitment, alignment, and operation of all parts
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Working closely with technicians, painters, and management

Requirements:

• Previous auto body shop experience
• Knowledge of vehicle parts, clips, fasteners, and electrical connections
• Ability to work efficiently without damaging parts
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Must have your own basic tools
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
