Requirements Responsibilities • Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments., • Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices., • Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed., • Work across multiple store locations when required., • Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations., • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record., • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions., • Saturday work is required as part of the role. During peak season, employees may also be required to work holidays., • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed., • Strong attention to detail., • Smartphone required Job Type: Seasonal • Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
