You will operate your own Upwork account — completely under your name and control — and we will support you with proposal writing, project delivery, and cost coverage. Our goal is a transparent, win-win partnership that builds trust and long-term earnings for both sides.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage your own Upwork freelancer account (or use an existing one)
Collaborate with our team to submit strong proposals and win client projects
Communicate professionally with clients (we can assist during busy times)
Build and maintain a reputation through timely, quality project delivery
Share profits on successful projects based on a fair agreement
