Wine and beverage experience required Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
